Reportedly, the Tamil Tigers were supported by the USA and its allies.

A December 1983 Sunday Mail article reported that Mossad was arming and training the Tigers.

8. Sri Lankan leaders and military officials visited Iran, Russia and China in 2007 and 2008.

China, Russia, and Iran all helped arm the Sri Lankan military before the last phase of the Sri Lankan Civil War.

9. Russian, China, and Iran all face their own separatist movements like Sri Lanka.

All four nations see these movements as being supported by outside players.

10. Russia's Colonel-General Vladimir Moltenskoy acted as a military advisor to Colombo.

11. Sri Lanka is situated on a vital sea lane in the Indian Ocean.

The Chinese naval port at Hambantota is part of the struggle to secure energy routes.

Most of the energy supplies going to Asia pass Sri Lanka.

China wants a chain of naval bases in the Indian Ocean to protect energy supplies coming from the Middle East and Africa.

Myanmar (Burma) is also part of this project.

Iran wants to protect the sea routes between itself and China.

12. In 2009, Sri Lanka joined the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) as a dialogue partner. The SCO includes China and Russia.

13. If there had been a Tamil state it would most likely have been allied to the USA and India and might have had US military bases.

Rajiv Gandhi, Prime Minister of India, was killed in 1991 by the Sri Lankan Tamil Tigers -Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.

Justice Jain's final investigated the conspiracy to assassinate Gandhi.

He came across evidence that one suspect known as Chandraswami had links with the CIA and Mossad, and through them with the LTTE.

2. Headley was born in Washington, D.C.

His mother, Serrill Headley, was from a wealthy Philadelphia family.

Serrill owned the Khyber Pass, a club in Philadelphia.

4. In Pakistan, David Headley was arrested for drug possession.

He beat the charges.

5. In Germany, in 1988, police caught him en route to Philadelphia with two kilos of heroin hidden in a suitcase.

6. In 1997, he went to work for the US Drugs Enforcement Administration, which works closely with the CIA.

(The CIA is reputed to be involved in smuggling Heroin)

POLICE STORY ON MUMBAI ATTACKS STANDS SHATTERED

7. In January 1998, the DEA sent Headley to Pakistan.

He used his father’s house in Lahore to meet with heroin suppliers.

8. In early 2000, Headley was involved in an operation against Pakistani traffickers and he was studying Lashkar-i-Taiba, an ally of al Qaeda.

(Al Qaeda is said to have been set up by the CIA and is said to be involved in the drugs trade)

9. In New York, Headley recruited for Lashkar.

He visited a mosque in Queens at the direction of the DEA, according to his testimony and officials.

10. In 2001, a former girlfriend of Headley’s told a bartender named Terry O’Donnell that Headley wanted to go to Pakistan to fight alongside Islamic militants.

O’Donnell contacted the FBI.

Investigators interviewed Headley’s mother and the girlfriend.

The investigators cleared Headley.

The DEA handlers did not write a report.

Governments have used terror in Belgium, Italy, Turkey, Norway, Pakistan, India, the USA, the UK... (Gladio-style terror in Istanbul, New York, Jakarta, Mumbai ...)

11. Headley was on probation for an offence relating to drugs.

A federal judge ended Headley’s probation three years early so he could travel to Pakistan.

Headley’s lawyer, Howard Leader, said: "The fact that this was coming from the government, that was, frankly, highly unusual...It's the only occasion I can recall it ever happening."

Leader said he believed the DEA had made the request and that Headley would continue working for the agency in Pakistan.

Leader said that "In light of the then-very-recent events on September the 11th, I think that he was going to go back to Pakistan with a view towards meeting with or gathering whatever information he could that might be useful to the U.S. government..."

12. A number of DEA informants moved to counterterror work during that period. Some were passed to the FBI or CIA, according to former U.S. law enforcement and intelligence officials.

A counterterror source said the DEA had discussions with the FBI and other agencies in late 2001 about which agency could best use Headley.

Officials at other agencies say Headley remained a DEA operative in some capacity as late as 2005.

13. By February 2002, Headley was training in Lashkar camps.

He did a three-week introductory course on ideology and jihad.

Lashkar camps produced people who went on to lead al Qaeda plots.

That summer, Headley visited his mother in Oxford, Pa., a small town about 50 miles from Philadelphia where she then ran a day-care center.

She told her friend Phyllis Keith that her son was training in militant camps in Pakistan.

Keith called the FBI in Philadelphia.

An FBI agent in Philadelphia did basic record checks and closed the case.

14. Headley did more Lashkar training and returned to New York on 11 December 2002.

Headley was not on a watch list.

Headley married a Canadian woman at a resort in Jamaica.

He then did more Lashkar training in Pakistan.

15. According to Charles Wardle, a former Lashkar operative from New Zealand, Headley "was an authority and a power in his own right. He could pretty much do whatever he wanted."

Wardle met American, French and British trainees. The recruits also included a Korean-American and a French-Caribbean convert.

Wardle traveled to Saudi Arabia, where Lashkar militants helped him make his way to Iraq in time for the outbreak of the war.

Wardle went to Dubai, a hub of Lashkar activity, for training in the use of explosives and espionage techniques.

16. Lashkar reportedly told Headley they wanted to use him for missions in India.

HEADLEY INTERROGATED MORE THAN ONE MUMBAI SUSPECT - REPORTS

17. In the summer of 2005, Headley visited his Canadian wife in New York.

She had phoned David Headley's father in Lahore.

He had told her about David Headley's Pakistani wife and children.

The father said David Headley claimed to be working for the U.S. government and was spending time in the Lashkar camps.

The Canadian wife contacted the authorities.

She told FBI agents about her husband's work for Lashkar.

An FBI agent called Headley’s former DEA handler.

The FBI agent said the wife had claimed that the drug agent had obtained night-vision goggles for Headley.

The agents did not question Headley,

"Why close a case when you have a guy going to Pakistan to train?" said a U.S. law enforcement official who believes Headley was still an informant.

The Canadian wife was assaulted by David Headley, but the authorities decided not to prosecute.

18. In 2006, Headley traveled to Pakistan. Nobody stopped him.

In Lahore, the Pakistan army reportedly trained Headley in spy techniques.

(At that time, the Pakistan security services worked closely with the CIA)

19. In June 2006, Headley’s estranged Canadian wife filed a petition for permanent residency with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The petition gave details of Headley’s militant training with terrorists.

The immigration service took no action against David Headley.

20. Headley spent most of the next two years in Mumbai preparing the attacks of 2008.

Headley joined a posh gym and took part in the elite party scene.

He stayed at the Taj Hotel.

21. In 2007, in Lahore, Headley met a young Moroccan, Faiza Outalha, and soon married her.

She filed assault charges against Headley, who was sent to jail in Lahore.

Headley was quickly freed after certain people intervened.

Faiza reported Headley to the U.S. embassy in Islamabad.

During interviews in December, January and April, she met with agents of the State Department’s security bureau and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Faiza described Headley's involvement with Lashkar and visits to India. She called him a drug dealer, terrorist and spy, according to officials.

She said the agents had an inch-thick file about Headley.

When she mentioned his training at Lashkar camps, the Americans told her they already knew about that.

The State Department security agent communicated the wife’s warning in an information package to the CIA, FBI and DEA, according to U.S. officials.

No action followed, apparently.

The DEA senior official says he has not seen any record that his agency was informed.

On the night of Nov. 26, 2008, Headley was at home in Lahore when he got a text message saying: “Turn on your television.”

The siege of Mumbai lasted three days.

Headley watched the coverage with his Moroccan wife; they had reconciled weeks earlier.

He did video surveillance and assessed targets.

25. Headley returned to Pakistan.

Headley shifted to al Qaeda.

Headley met Ilyas Kashmiri, a Pakistani terror chief (believed to work for the CIA)

Kashmiri gave Headley the names of militants in Britain and Sweden who could help with a Mumbai style attack in Denmark.

26. Back in Chicago, Headley prepared for his second reconnaissance trip to Denmark.

He communicated with two al Qaeda operatives in Britain.

Headley traveled to Derby in the UK to meet two militants.

Headley continued to Stockholm.

Headley then took a train to Copenhagen.

European security services were aware of his presence but did not arrest him.

Headley returned to the USA via Atlanta.

Airport inspectors questioned him, then let him go.

On 9 October 2009, the FBI took hold of Headley at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport.

A deal was done.

Headley agreed to a plea bargain that spared him from the death penalty and extradition to India.

One of the most telling phrases:"India, Russia, China, Brazil. How do you break up the friendship?"

The Mumbai attacks were intended to shift Indian political opinion and further alienate India from Pakistan and bring India into closer cooperation with the US-Israel-UK axis of evil against China-Pakistan.

Dani was born in 1998, in Las Vegas, to Michelle Crockett.

Michelle has military connections.

Michelle's husband was a veteran of the Vietnam war and died in 1997.

He died as a result of exposure to the Pentagon's 'Agent Orange'.

Michelle has an IQ score of 77, much below average.

Michelle doesn't know the name of the Dani's father.

What is the public attitude to gay people?

Scientists in the USA have been studying gay birds and have found that they sing to each other and preen each other.

The scientists studied young zebra finches.

When raised in same-sex groups, most of the birds acted gay.

When females were brought into a male group, five out of eight pairs of males ignored the females and remained with their male partner.

Dr Julie Elie, from the University of California, Berkeley, said: "same-sex individuals... interact... like male-female pairs."

Dr Elie said that, with gulls and albatrosses, "female partners copulate with a paired male then rear the young together."

Research by the advertising agencies has found that images of boys have a far wider appeal, for both men and women, than images of girls or women or men. In the novella Death in Venice, Aschenbach/Mann is the cerebral, sexually repressed, politically conservative, writer who has achieved fame but whose writing lacks deep insight into the world of love and lust. In Venice he lets sensual beauty into his life and goes astray. He becomes a slave to desire, feels tortured by guilt, and cannot relax. And his "dignity is rescued only by ... Death." Mann is warning us to avoid extremes.

ABBOTTABAD: Three loud blasts were heard near the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul Road late Sunday night and a military helicopter also crashed.

Sources told Geo News that heavy firing was heard in the area before the chopper crashed.

Windowpanes of the nearby buildings and houses were smashed due to the intensity of the blasts, the sources said.

Eyewitnesses said first sound of heavy firing was heard and then there was a huge blast.

Fire erupted at the scene of the occurrence and according to latest reports police and fire brigade teams were rushing towards the blast scene.

Security forces cordoned off the entire area and military helicopters were also hovering over the area."

7. According to Pakistani Urdu TV channel Geo News (killed in Abbotabad near Islamabad of Pakistan):

Pakistani intelligence officials said that a Pakistani army helicopter was shot down in Abbottabad and then a search operation was launched by Pakistani forces.

At about 1:20 a.m. local time a Pakistani helicopter was shot down by unknown people in the Sikandarabad area of Abbottabad.

The Pakistani forces launched a search operation in the nearby area and encountered a group of unknown armed people.

An exchange of fire followed between the two sides.

When the exchange of fire ended, the Pakistani forces arrested some Arab women and children as well some other armed people.

In Syria, Lawson and Omar visit a nightclub called Les Caves de Boys where Moslems drink whiskey and watch Russian strippers.

According to Lawson, Omar, as a child in Afghanistan, befriended the teenage sons of men who plotted bombings.

According to Omar's memoir, one of Omar's closest friends was raped by a group of men.

"The rapists added insult to the attack and injury by snapping photographs of the young man during and after the rape," Omar writes in his memoir.

According to the memoir, Ayman al-Zawahri, Osama's top deputy, got hold of the photos and concluded that Omar's young friend was gay.

Libya arrests Arab 'network' for destabilising country

TRIPOLI: Libyan authorities have arrested dozens of members of a "network" of Arab nationals allegedly seeking to destabilise the country, the official Jana news agency reported Saturday.

Those detained in several Libyan cities were members of a "foreign network (and were) trained to damage Libya's stability, the safety of its citizens and national unity."

Sources close to the investigation, quoted by the agency, said the group included Tunisian, Egyptian, Sudanese, Palestinian, Syrian and Turkish citizens.

Those arrested were "charged with inciting acts of looting and sabotage, such as burning hospitals, banks, courts, prisons, police stations and offices of the military police, as well as public buildings and private properties, according to plans drawn up earlier," Jana said.

Noting that "certain Libyan cities have been the scene of acts of sabotage and destruction since Tuesday," Jana said the suspects sought to "take arms from police stations and the military police and use them."

"Sources close to the investigation have not ruled out Israel being behind the network," the news agency added.

Money is pouring out of Egypt, and out of countries like India, and into the USA, Europe and Japan.

Emerging markets attracted $95bn in 2010.

According to Cameron Brandt, a global markets analyst:

In 2011, India equities are down 11%.

2. Robert Gates, the former director of the CIA, stated in his memoirs "From the Shadows", that American intelligence services began to aid the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan in 1979, six months before the Soviet intervention.

5. Sudan's minister of defense, Fatih Erwa, has claimed that Sudan offered to hand Bin Ladin over to the United States.

U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, a fighter pilot with over 300 combat missions flown and a 21-year Marine Corps career (Lt. Colonel Shelton F. Lankford) believes that 9/11 was an inside job, and said:

U.S. Navy ‘Top Gun’ pilot (Commander Ralph Kolstad) who questions the official account of 9/11 and is calling for a new investigation, says “When one starts using his own mind, and not what one was told, there is very little to believe in the official story”.

The Group Director on matters of national security in the U.S. Government Accountability Office said that President Bush did not respond to unprecedented warnings of the 9/11 disaster and conducted a massive cover-up instead of accepting responsibility

And he said that some of the claims concerning government involvement in 9/11 are credible, that “very serious questions have been raised about what they [U.S. government officials] knew beforehand and how much involvement there might have been”, that engineering 9/11 would not be humanly or psychologically beyond the scope of the current administration, and that there’s enough evidence to justify a new, “hard-hitting” investigation into 9/11 with subpoenas and testimony taken under oath.

The 9/11 Report is a joke”, and is open to the possibility that 9/11 was an inside job.

A 29-year CIA veteran, former National Intelligence Officer (NIO) and former Director of the CIA’s Office of Regional and Political Analysis (William Bill Christison) said “I now think there is persuasive evidence that the events of September did not unfold as the Bush administration and the 9/11 Commission would have us believe. … All three [buildings that were destroyed in the World Trade Center] were most probably destroyed by controlled demolition charges placed in the buildings before 9/11.” (and see this).

The Division Chief of the CIA’s Office of Soviet Affairs, who served as Senior Analyst from 1966 – 1990. He also served as Professor of International Security at the National War College from 1986 – 2004 (Melvin Goodman) said “The final [9/11 Commission] report is ultimately a coverup.”

Professor of History and International Relations, University of Maryland. Former Executive Assistant to the Director of the National Security Agency, former military attaché in China, with a 21-year career in U.S. Army Intelligence (Major John M. Newman, PhD, U.S. Army) questions the government’s version of the events of 9/11.

The head of all U.S. intelligence, the Director of National Intelligence (Mike McConnel) said “9/11 should have and could have been prevented”

Griscom) said that the official theory for why the Twin Towers and world trade center building 7 collapsed “does not match the available facts” and supports the theory that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition

The former head of the Fire Science Division of the government agency which claims that the World Trade Centers collapsed due to fire (the National Institute of Standards and Technology), who is one of the world’s leading fire science researchers and safety engineers, a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering (Dr. James Quintiere), called for an independent review of the World Trade Center Twin Tower collapse investigation. “I wish that there would be a peer review of this,” he said, referring to the NIST investigation. “I think all the records that NIST has assembled should be archived. I would really like to see someone else take a look at what they’ve done; both structurally and from a fire point of view. … I think the official conclusion that NIST arrived at is questionable.”

The principal electrical engineer for the entire World Trade Center complex, who was “very familiar with the structures and [the Twin Towers'] conceptual design parameters” (Richard F. Humenn), stated that “the mass and strength of the structure should have survived the localized damage caused by the planes and burning jet fuel . . . . the fuel and planes alone did not bring the Towers down.”

Former Director for Research, Director for Aeronautical Projects, and Flight Research Program Manager for NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center, who holds masters degrees in both physics and engineering (Dwain A. Deets) says:

“The many visual images (massive structural members being hurled horizontally, huge pyroclastic clouds, etc.) leave no doubt in my mind explosives were involved [in the destruction of the World Trade Centers on 9/11].”

Oct 23-26, 2002 - 129 hostages and 41 CIA and MI6 Operatives and Chechen Bandits are killed when Russian troops storm a Moscow theatre where rebels had taken 700 people captive three days earlier. Most of the hostages are freed.

July 5, 2003 – US /UK financed terrorist kill 15 other people when they blow themselves up at an open-air rock festival at Moscow's Tushino airfield. Sixty are injured.

Aug 1, 2003 - A US /UK financed terrorist driving a truck packed with explosives blows up a military hospital at Mozdok in North Ossetia bordering Chechnya. The blast kills at least 50.

Dec 5, 2003 - An explosion tears through a morning commuter train just outside Yessentuki station in Russia's southern fringe. Forty-six people are killed and 160 injured. CIA and MI6 are the culprits.

Dec 9, 2003 - A CIA operative detonates explosives , kills five other people near the Kremlin. At least 13 people are wounded.

Feb 6, 2004 - A CIA operative detonates explosives, kills at least 39 people and wounds more than 100 on an underground train in Moscow.

May 9, 2004 - Chechen leader Akhmad Kadyrov is killed in a bomb blast in Grozny. CIA MI6 are responsible for the blast.

June 22, 2004 – Western financed bandits seize an interior ministry building in Ingushetia, near Chechnya, and attack other points in lightning attacks. At least 92 people are killed including the acting regional interior minister, Abukar Kostoyev. All bandits were liquidated.

Aug 24, 2004 - Two Russian passenger planes are blown up almost simultaneously, killing 90 people. One Tu-134, flying to Volgograd, goes down south of Moscow. Moments later a Tu-154 bound for Sochi crashes near Rostov-on-Don. It was listed as a CIA, MI6, MOSSAD operation.

Aug 31, 2004 - A CIA operative detonates explosives in central Moscow killing 10 people and injuring 51.

Sept 1-3, 2004 - 331 hostages - half of them children - die in storming of School No.1 in Beslan, after it is seized by US/UK financed Chechen Bandits demanding Partition of Russia .

Oct 13, 2005 - Up to 100 US/UK Financed Terrorists attack key security points in Nalchik, main city of the Muslim Kabardino-Balkaria region. Twelve local residents are killed as well as 12 police. Twenty CIA pigs are killed and 12 are seized by security forces. They are in Siberia now doing their time.

Feb 10, 2006 - Seven Russian policemen and 12 CIA /MI6 operatives are killed when special forces storm houses to fight US financed bandits holed up in a village in the Stavropol region of southern Russia.

Aug 21, 2006 - A CIA operative detonates explosives, kills 10 people in a Moscow suburban market.

April 27, 2007 - A Russian helicopter is shot down by CIA operatives in Chechnya, killing 18 people.

Aug 13, 2007 - A CIA /MI6 operative detonates explosives, derails the Nevsky Express between Moscow and St Petersburg, injuring 60 people.

June 22, 2009 - Ingush President Yunus-Bek Yevkurov is seriously injured when a A CIA /MI6 Operative detonates explosives beside his car. He later recovers and returns to work.

Aug 17, 2009 - A US /UK financed terrorist drives a truck into the gates of the main police station in Nazran, the largest city in Ingushetia, killing 20 people and wounding 138 others.

Moslems working for the CIA to destabilise Russia?

Would the CIA and its friends use Moslems to destabilise rival countries such as Russia?

1. In the 1960s, Islamic guerrillas were being supported and used by Britain's MI6.

According to The Independent (UK):

"Cabinet papers show that British spies, including MI6, supported Islamic guerrillas in order to destabilise Sukarno."

According to Killing Hope: US Military and CIA Interventions Since World War II by William Blum (Indonesia 1957-1958):

"In the early months of 1958, rebellion began to break out in one part of the Indonesian island chain, then another."

CIA pilots took to the air to carry out bombing and strafing missions in support of the rebels.

"On 15 May, a CIA plane bombed the Ambon marketplace, killing a large number of civilians on their way to church on Ascension Thursday...

"Three days later, during another bombing run over Ambon, a CIA pilot, Allen Lawrence Pope, was shot down and captured."

2. In The Age, (We must not get back in bed with Kopassus - theage.com.au), Dr Damien Kingsbury, of Deakin University, wrote about Moslem militants in Indonesia and their links to the American-trained military.

Kingsbury points out that Komando Jihad, which became Jemaah Islamiah, was set up by (American trained) Indonesian generals.

Former Indonesian spy (BAKIN) chief A.C. Manulang was quoted by Tempo magazine as suggesting that Bali bomb mastermind Al-Farouq was a CIA-recruited agent.

3. "According to CIA agent Miles Copeland... the CIA began to cooperate with the Muslim Brotherhood...

4. The CIA and its friends must help their Moslem agents to escape custody?

Rashid Rauf, British 'terrorist mastermind' of the alleged plot to blow up at least 10 transatlantic airliners, managed to escaped from custody. (Top British terror suspect escapes)

Jamal al-Badawi was convicted in 2004 of planning and carrying out the USS Cole bombing.

He escaped from prison in 2004.

Omar Al-Faruq was described as being the mastermind of the Bali bomb plot.

Al-Faruq was arrested in Bogor on June 5, 2002 and handed over to the US authorities.

Haroon Rashid Aswat was described as being the mastermind of the 7 July London bombings.

1. Bin Laden and his Islamist pals received about half a billion dollars a year from the CIA, and roughly the same from the Saudis.

The CIA and its pals wanted to spread Islamist extremism to countries such as Yemen, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

2. Graham Fuller, former Deputy Director of the CIA’s National Council on Intelligence, stated: "The policy of guiding the evolution of Islam and of helping them against our adversaries worked marvellously well in Afghanistan against the Red Army.

"The same doctrines can still be used to destabilize what remains of Russian power, and especially to counter the Chinese influence in Central Asia."

3. From 1992 to 1995, the Pentagon flew thousands of al-Qaeda mujahidin from Central Asia into Europe, to fight alongside Bosnian Muslims against the Serbs.

The pattern continued in Kosovo.

Bin Laden's lieutenant in the area had direct radio contact with NATO leadership.

4. Around the same time, US intelligence increased its support of al-Qaeda mujahidin in Chechnya.

Afghan heroin was supplied to the Chechen mafia.

5. In Algeria, Bin Laden's men were used to kill opponents of the government.

Hundreds of civilians were massacred by the Armed Islamic Group (GIA). The GIA was formed largely of Algerian veterans of bin Laden's mujahidin forces in Afghanistan who had returned in the late 1980s.

'Yussuf-Joseph', a secret agent in Algeria's sécurité militaire, told the Guardian that civilian massacres in Algeria, blamed on the GIA, were 'the work of secret police and army death squads'.

Dr Jeremy Keenan, Director of Sahara Studies at the University of East Anglia, documents 'an increasing amount of evidence to suggest that the alleged spread of terrorist activities across much of the Sahelian Sahara, has indeed been an elaborate deception on the part of US and Algerian military intelligence services'.

6. Gust Avracotos, the CIA's Station Chief in Islamabad, says that Mossad penetrated Pakistan's ISI.

US Government and intelligence sources confirm that Israel provided direct and indirect financial aid to Hamas in the late 1970s as a counterbalance to the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO).

7. In the New Yorker, Seymour Hersh cites US Government and intelligence officials' confirmation that the CIA and the Pentagon have funnelled millions of dollars via Saudi Arabia to al-Qaeda affiliated Sunni extremist groups, across the Middle East and Central Asia.

OBAMA LOSES INDIA?

A large number of Indians now suspect that the CIA carried out the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

According to India's Ambassador M K Bhadrakumar: "For the first time in recent years, the Indian public has closed ranks with prevalent opinion in Pakistan that sees the US as a diabolic, self-centered power, which double-crosses its partners, friends and allies in single-minded pursuit of its interests." The American FBI has made a bargain with the American 'CIA agent' David Headley.

Headley planned the terrorist attack in Mumbai in November 2008.

The deal means that the US government doesn't have to produce any evidence against Headley in a court.

That evidence might have included details of Headley's links with US intelligence.

The deal means there will be no cross-examination of Headley.

The deal means that the families of the 166 people who died cannot have lawyers questioning Headley.

The FBI is not allowing Headley's extradition to India.

The FBI is not allowing Indian agencies to interrogate Headley regarding his links with US and Pakistani intelligence.

In return for pleading guilty to the charges against him Headley will get a light sentence.

According to the ambassador:

The Obama administration is involved in a cover-up.

The plea bargain refers to the Pakistani handlers of Headley as A, B, C and D.

We will never know who they are.

After the Lockerbie Bombing in 1988, the UK government allowed the American authorities access.

The plea bargain confirms that Headley worked for the US Drug Enforcement Administration which works closely with the CIA.

The US government is trying to hide something, "and what better way to do that than by placing Headley in safe custody and not risk exposing him to Indian intelligence?

"...Clearly, the Obama administration was apprehensive that Headley might spill the beans if the Indians got hold of him and the trail could then lead to his links with the CIA..."

The Americans are hoping to manipulate the Indian elite, including big business.

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's has had a pro-American foreign policy.

He has favoured the entry of American companies into the Indian market for nuclear power deals.

"Delhi may now seriously engage Tehran...
